What I Will be Importing to the US

It's almost that Love day, and though most don't agree on whether that's a happy, or depressing, or just overly comercialized day, we can all come together on the fact that tomorrow will include...chocolate. In that spirit, I'm posting pictures of home-made churros that my brother taught me to make this past week-end.
I HAVE THE BEST HOST FAMILY!!

Step 1: Mix secret ingredients together and let rest, then press through a cylindrical instrument that has gone extinct. (sorry world)

 Step 2: Fry in (lots of) olive oil.


Step 3: Melt the chocolate "au bain marie"...Don't worry, there's a second pot off camera for the rest of the family.



Step 4: Dip churro in sugar, then chocolate...The rest is self-explanatory.
